33wbm Terms and Conditions

Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between 33wbm ("Platform", "we", "our") and any person using our services ("user", "you", "your"). This document applies to all existing and future services.

33wbm is an online gaming platform that provides various entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh, including slot games, live casino, cricket betting and fishing games. These terms and conditions hold the highest authority over all matters related to the platform.

These terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, as these documents complement one another.

Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must all be met in order to participate on the 33wbm platform and create an account:

• You must be at least 21+ years of age. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited.
• You are creating a valid personal account, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not residing in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee of the platform, nor an immediate family member of one.
• You are playing on your own behalf and with your own funds.
• You are mentally capable and are knowingly accepting these terms.

Account Registration and Management

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in all accounts being closed.

The following applies to account registration:

• All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be accurate and current.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password completely confidential. Your password should not be shared with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• 33wbm may request a national identity card or other government-issued identity document at any time for identity verification (KYC).
• Withdrawals or high-value transactions may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 33wbm platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• If a transaction fails, please contact the support team.
• Attempting to chargeback a deposit transaction is a violation of these terms.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the deposited amount has not been wagered at least once.
• 33wbm reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation if fraud is suspected.

Bonuses and Promotions

33wbm offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms. General bonus terms are listed below:

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit.
• To withdraw the bonus, the total amount of deposit plus bonus must be wagered 25 times (25x).
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirement has not been met.
• Claiming more than one welcome bonus from the same person, household, device or IP address is prohibited.

VIP and Cashback Program

• The VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
• Weekly cashback rates range from 0.2% to 1.2% depending on tier.
• Eligibility for VIP benefits is determined at the platform's own discretion.

General Bonus Rules

• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, only one will apply, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• 33wbm reserves the right to change the terms of promotional offers at any time.

Gameplay and Rules

Each game on the 33wbm platform is operated according to the rules of its respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.).

• Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error, the result will be determined according to the server logs.
• Betting limits for games are displayed within each game's own interface.
• 33wbm is not responsible for any loss caused by an internet connection failure.
• Exploiting bugs or errors in the gaming software is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• The use of automated software, bots or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Any coordinated or group attempt to defraud the platform will result in all associated accounts being closed.
